MSL Projects is a Canberra based construction company specialising in residential building work. We have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, with projects across NSW and the ACT ranging from single and multi storey houses to unit developments. Our team can help guide you through the process required to successfully complete your building project, from the initial design through to the process for funding and approvals.
At MSL Projects, we believe that everybody deserves to be able to live in their dream home. That is why we have made a commitment to building high quality houses at the lowest possible cost. At MSL Projects we offer a range of different building options, from Cost Plus to Fixed Price contracts, as well as project management services.
Cost Plus contracts provide flexibility during construction, as you are able to make decisions as your house is being developed, not upfront as required in a fixed price contract. Another benefit of cost plus contracts is that changes you do make don't incur variation costs that usually arise during a fixed price contract.
Where Cost Plus contracts provide flexibility, Fixed Price contracts provide certainty. You know what your house is going to cost up front, and there are no hidden costs. Fixed price contracts usually have inclusions lists that are provided up front, and should include allowances that allow you to add some of your own flair to your home.
